American Tang Soo Do Instructor!

Mr Durocher received his instruction from 6th Degree Black Belt Master Mark Cox. Mr Cox began teaching Beau when he was 13 years old. Beau followed Mr Cox to Chatsworth Karate when it opened in the fall of 1991. As a young student Mr D trained as much as possible and soaked up as much information as he could. During his teenage years Mr Cox gave him the opportunity to begin teaching classes and eventually taught him how to run the studio. When he was 16 Mr Cox promoted him to the program director position of Chatsworth Karate. From 1994 till December of 2005 Mr D helped build Chatsworth Karate and assisted in the teaching and development of hundreds of students. Because of Mr Cox taking Mr D under his wing and teaching him all aspects of the martial arts studio and helping to raise him Mr D is extremely appreciative to the role Mr Cox has played in his life. Mr Cox has branched out into many other systems of martial arts to help develop himself and continue teaching and spreading the knowledge of martial arts. He has earned ranks in Jujitsu, Hapkido, and Krav Maga besides his Tang Soo Do training. Mr Cox currently operates one of the largest schools in San Fernando Valley and is available for classes, seminars and private lessons. Krav Maga

Beau began training in Krav Maga under Darren Levine and his staff of highly trained Instructors at the Krav Maga National Training Center in Los Angeles, Ca. There Beau received training from Marni Levine, Sam Sade, Michael Margolin, John Whitman, Wade Allen, Brent Wilkens, Kevin Lewis, Jarrett, and Kelly Campbell. Beau Is greatful for all of the superior training he received from the NTC. Having the ability to train with such knowledgable individuals has helped develop such a strong program here.
